As we continue to evolve with the dynamic professional landscape, it is increasingly felt that the time has come to broaden our horizons and strengthen our expertise in emerging, high-potential domains.

One such promising area is the rapidly expanding ecosystem of MSME IPOs. With a growing number of MSMEs opting for equity funding over traditional loans, and with SME IPOs witnessing substantial oversubscription driven by strong investor interest, it is imperative for professionals to understand the associated processes, compliance framework, and strategic considerations. Mastery in this domain not only enhances advisory capabilities but also enables us to guide clients in scaling their businesses through public listings.

In this context, the Dehradun Branch is pleased to announce a Seminar on “Understanding MSME IPOs: Compliance, Strategy & Growth” scheduled for Thursday, November 27th, 2025 at the Branch premises.

The seminar will comprise a single, in-depth Technical Session to be delivered by an eminent speaker.
