With the introduction of the new Labour Codes, India’s labour regulatory framework is undergoing a significant transformation. Organisations are required to upgrade their internal systems, payroll structures, HR documentation, and compliance processes in line with these changes.

In view of the above, the Branch is organising a seminar on “Analysis of New Labour Codes”, which will provide practical insights into compliance aspects relating to audit and inspection, payroll regulations, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

We are pleased to inform you that CA Chetan Agrawal, Jaipur, a well-known faculty on labour laws, has kindly consented to be the speaker for the programme.

Further, we will also be hosting Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner Mr. Deepanshu Singh

who would also speak briefly on the subject.
